Company Profile

Our business is comprised of two components, Jeniton Construction – Unlimited Commercial & Domestic Builders (www.jeniton.com.au) and UFORM (www.uformprofilit.com.au). As part of our Business we also have extensive knowledge and experience in Façade Claddings projects (i.e. glazing, Profilit TM , Curtin Walls etc.). Consequently, our combined business, Jeniton has extensive experience in all facets of Construction (being domestic, commercial and industrial).

We are registered Builders (both Unlimited Residential & Commercial) and a member of the Master Builders. Our business was established in 1979, we are 2 nd generation construction business and we are a family owned and operated company with over 45+ years experience in the industry, specialising in delivering high quality and working with Architects to deliver high end projects. Over the past years we have grown to be a successful Construction company specialising in the delivery of high quality construction projects (commercial, industrial and domestic)

Our unique skills and knowledge of the end-to-end construction process and the property market, allows us to deliver seamless construction projects for all budgets. We have a detailed and in-depth understanding of design which allows us to manage the complete project from start to end. Our focus is based on a CLOSELY MANAGED AND HANDS-ON APPROACH to all facets of the construction phase, this enables us to DELIVER HIGH QUALITY projects for our clients.

Due to our long established business, we have an extensive network of suppliers and sub-contractors that results in mutual benefits for our clients, but also successful delivery of all our projects.

We specialise in the delivery of projects ranging from $5m to $25m. We currently have under
contract over $30m in works

About us

Capacity & Core Competencies

We have two key directors, being Tony Iseppi and Bryce Iseppi. Tony Iseppi has 45+ years of industry experience, while Bryce Iseppi has 15+ year of industry experience (as well as 10+ years of finance & property development experience). Both key directors are involved daily and in all facets of the project delivery, from established, project works to completion.

We have an established and highly experienced team committed to successfully delivering all projects. We take pride in our work and delivery method and take all steps necessary to deliver the project. Our Head Office is based in Kew East, our Warehouse Facility is based on Moorabbin and we have our own construction equipment; this allows us to service all of Melbourne and greater Melbourne.

We work with the best construction suppliers and subcontractors who are also to the highest standards, technical knowledge and resources to achieve the very best outcomes for each and every project.

We have extensive experience in Design & Contract delivery of projects, including being a Registered Designer and our own Inhouse Design & Documentation team. Given our experience, we have an in-depth understanding and extensive skill base to ensure any D&C project is successfully delivered.

We have a proven construction and delivery methodology that ensures successful delivery of any construction project of any size – our business has established a strong legacy, reputation and operated for over 45+ years due to our experience, our ability, our dedication and ability to deliver.

We are the appointed builder for a development group – this development group funds all projects and completes projects with end construction value up to $30m. We have developed an extensive understanding of the development process and the project limitations required, to deliver a project for the required value to maximise the end return. This development group currently has approximately $65m in the Construction Pipeline

We delivery all types of commercial, industrial and residential construction projects. Our Typical Project Value is $3 – $15m projects, with Project Values ranging up to $22m

Our Team has a combined 100+ years of experience in our Leadership Group, so as a construction company, we have no boundaries or limitations. During this time, we have successfully delivered numerous townhouse and/or apartment projects and have developed procedures and policies to ensure a smooth and seamless project delivery.

We are the Builder that Developers rely on as we are leaders in medium density townhouse construction.

We work collaboratively with developers to build high quality developments that exceed their expectations. We understand that our clients brand is important and critical to long term success, so we deliver through innovation and expertise in both design and construction stage to deliver successful projects. We have over 45+ years experience, so we have refined processes and have the capacity, knowledge and experience to deliver any medium density townhouse project. Our commitment and dedication to medium density, means we are continually improving and evolving to stay at the forefront of the industry.

As leaders in large townhouse projects, we have refined the fundamentals required to deliver high quality townhouses that meet the needs of purchasers and developers.

We begin with the end in mind. We strive first to understand our clients’ needs and tailor our service to meet the project outcomes.

Collaboration and team work is the key for any successful project and it begins as early as possible in the design/documentation phase. We can provide advice and knowledge when, or as required, whether it is via Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), Design & Construct or Construct Only contract. We will work with you to determine the best project delivery method to ensure your project is a success.

Our highly experienced in-house team and our selected consultants will add value to your project, but also ensure it is delivered with efficiency and effectiveness, while maintaining design intent.

The successful delivery of any project, is dependent upon the right resources and personnel from inception. We will assemble the correct project team, as this is critical to being successful.
