- This dwelling has been designed and documented by Price Williams Architecture and will provide a new modern residence.
- The hoarding has been erected and demolition works have been completed, extension of the concrete slab poured, the steel portals have been erected and timber framing is almost complete, with the cladding works to commence shortly.
